A one-week, fixed-scope engagement. You give me access to one workflow or one team’s real process. I give you back a written assessment: the automation candidates ranked by hours saved, the governance and risk boundaries each one needs, the source-of-truth and human-in-the-loop points, and a build-or-skip call on each candidate with the reasoning attached.

It is the same workflow audit I built at the regulated lender, scoped to your desk.

Duration: one week, fixed.
Input: one workflow or team process, plus a scoping call.
Deliverable: a written, evidence-linked assessment with ranked candidates and a build-or-don’t recommendation.
Decision point: at the end, we both decide whether a larger engagement makes sense. No obligation either way.
Terms: paid, fixed fee agreed before we start.

I do not do open-ended free consulting, and I will not touch confidential company data without a written agreement. A paid week on real work tells us both more than a month of calls, and it costs you less than the month.
